No.71/1/2013(PN)/MANIREDA Sealed tenders are invited from registered Indian manufacturers company/firm/corporation in India of SPV cells/modules or battery or PV system electronics/solar luminaries for the following two works.

| Tender Documents (TD) can be obtained by making payment separately through demand draft/banker’s cheque in favour of Director, MANIREDA, payable at Imphal. TD can also be downloaded from the above websites in which case, an amount equal to the cost of TD is to be enclosed separately for each work in the form of demand draft, in favour of Director, MANIREDA, payable at Imphal, failing which, tender will not be considered. Order can be split into two or more if the need so arises. Numbers of the system mentioned as above, may increase or decrease as per requirement.
Submission of Bid documents separately for different works shall be up to 12.00 noon on 3/10/2013. Tenders submitted after 12.00 noon will not be accepted under any circumstances. The tender shall be opened on 3/10/2013 at 1.00 p.m. at the office of Director, MANIREDA, Room No. 85, Manipur Secretariat, North Block, Imphal. The financial bid of the technically qualified Bidders only shall be opened, for which the opening date & time will be informed to successful bidders latter. Prospective bidders are requested to remain updated for any amendments/modifications/cancellation, etc. in Bid document conditions/terms, technical specifications, etc. in the above mentioned websites. No separate notifications will be given for such amendments/modifications/cancellation in the print media (press) or intimated to the bidders separately. MANIREDA, reserves the right to reject, cancel any or all tenders without assigning any reasons thereof.
