No. 71/1/2013(PN)/MANIREDA:               The following amendments and modifications has been made in the Bid Document;

 

  1. For procurement of 6900 nos. of white LED based Solar Street Lighting System vide NIB No. MANIREDA/ LED/SSL/2013/2, dtd.22nd April, 2013.

 

  1. Amended Para in the General Terms & Conditions:

 

Para no. 22. Sample: All the bidders have to submit sample of the following components of White LED based Solar Street Lighting system along with the Bid Document.

 

(i)            SPV Module

(ii)          Control Electronics with Luminaries

(iii)         Interconnecting Cables, etc.

  1. Please read  Para No. 12.6 under Eligibility and Qualification Criteria as;

 

12.6  The Bidder should have  registered office/ authorized dealer/service network in Manipur as per MVAT Act.- 2005, for smooth execution of MPWC, in place before award of contract.

 

In lieu of

 

12.6 The Bidder should have registered office/authorized dealer/service network in Manipur as per MVAT Act.- 2005 and for smooth execution of MPWC.

 

  1. For 5kwp SPV Power Plants for Police Stations vide NIB No. MANIREDA/ CCTN/SPP/2013/3, dtd.22nd April, 2013;

 

Amended new para in the Eligibility and Qualification Criteria.

No. 12.7 The Bidder should have registered office/authorized dealer/service network in Manipur as per MVAT Act-2005 for smooth execution of MPWC, in place before award of contract.
